REHAB
Restore Movement. Eliminate Pain.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or trying to avoid surgery, our rehabilitation programs are designed to identify the root cause of your symptoms—not just treat them. Every treatment plan is customized using evidence-based techniques to help you move better, reduce pain, and get back to doing what you love.
Initial Evaluation (60 Minutes)
Your first visit is all about understanding how your body moves and what is limiting your performance. During this one-on-one evaluation, our Doctor of Chiropractic will perform a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of your pain, injury, or movement dysfunction. Using a combination of hands-on treatment, movement analysis, and functional testing, we'll begin treatment on day one and develop a personalized plan to help you recover, move confidently, and perform at your highest level.
Your first visit includes:
Comprehensive movement and injury assessment
Functional mobility and strength evaluation
Hands-on treatment and manual therapy
Personalized rehabilitation exercises
Individualized treatment and performance plan
Clear goals and roadmap for recovery

PHYSICAL THERAPY
Performance isn't reserved for elite athletes. Whether you're returning from an injury, preparing for your next season, or simply looking to move with greater confidence, our performance services use objective data to identify weaknesses, monitor progress, and help you reach your goals. By combining advanced technology with individualized programming, we remove the guesswork from training and rehabilitation so every decision is backed by measurable results.
VALD Force Plate Testing
Measure What Matters.
Power, balance, and symmetry are difficult to judge with the naked eye. Using VALD Force Plates, we objectively measure how your body produces and absorbs force during movements like jumping, landing, squatting, and balancing.
These insights allow us to identify movement inefficiencies, strength deficits, and side-to-side asymmetries that may contribute to pain, limit athletic performance, or increase injury risk. Whether you're recovering from an ACL injury, trying to jump higher, or simply wanting to move better, force plate testing provides clear data to guide your training and rehabilitation.
What We Measure
Lower-body power output
Jump height and explosiveness
Landing mechanics
Balance and postural control
Limb symmetry
Rate of force development
Force absorption
Neuromuscular control

Force Frame Strength Testing

Strength You Can Measure.
Why It Matters
Strength isn't just about lifting heavier weights—it's about producing force evenly and efficiently. The VALD ForceFrame allows us to measure isolated muscle strength using objective force data instead of manual muscle testing.
This technology helps us identify weaknesses that often go unnoticed during traditional evaluations. By measuring individual muscle groups and comparing right versus left sides, we can develop targeted rehabilitation and strength programs while tracking measurable improvements over time.
✔ Detect hidden strength deficits
✔ Guide rehabilitation progressions
✔ Monitor recovery after injury
✔ Reduce compensation patterns
✔ Build confidence before returning to activity
Common Muscle Groups Tested
Hip abductors
Hip adductors
Hamstrings
Quadriceps
Glutes
Shoulder rotator cuff
Neck strength
Core stability
RETURN TO SPORT TESTING
Many athletes return to competition based solely on time after an injury. Unfortunately, healing tissues doesn't always mean the body is ready to perform.
Our comprehensive Return-to-Sport Testing combines strength testing, force plate analysis, movement assessments, and functional performance testing to determine whether you're truly prepared to return safely.
By identifying remaining deficits before you step back onto the field or court, we help reduce the likelihood of re-injury while giving athletes, coaches, parents, and healthcare providers objective data they can trust.
Return Because You're Ready—Not Because the Calendar Says So.
Testing May Include

Dr. Do and Dr. Bui are great at what they do and have created a comfortable and laid back environment for rehab! I came into Kintrol rehab worried I had a shoulder injury from a workout. They were able to test and rule out that it wasn't associated with my shoulder, but the bicep tendon attached to it.
After my evaluation, I worked with them to strengthen the area surrounding my injury and was able to get back to being active after a month! These guys are super knowledgeable and showcase that through their abilities to communicate the issues they see as well as patiently walk you through each part of rehab.
I would happily recommend anyone looking for evaluation, rehab, or even training to check out Kintrol!
